• Karachi: 2–4 working days
• Other Cities: 4–8 working days

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery Fee: Rs. 260 per order

We also offer Free Delivery on eligible orders, subject to ongoing promotional offers.

Free shipping is available based on current promotional offers and may vary from time to time.

• Typically, free delivery is offered on orders above Rs. 5,000
• However, this minimum order value is subject to change depending on active promotions or campaigns
• The applicable free delivery threshold will always be clearly displayed at the time of purchase

Additional conditions:

• Delivery must be to a single address
• Order must not include pre-order or backorder items

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing tracking details. This allows you to monitor your shipment status in real time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful:

• The order will be returned to our warehouse
• Our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery
