Delivery Time

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

- Karachi: 2-4 working days
- Out of City: 4-8 working days

Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charges are as follows:

- Delivery Charges: Rs 250

However, we're happy to offer free delivery on orders above Rs 6000. This offer is applicable on all products and categories.

Free Delivery Policy

To qualify for free delivery, your order must meet the following criteria:

- The order value must be above Rs 6000.
- The order must be shipped to a single address.
- The order must not contain any items that are on pre-order or backorder.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order.

Delivery Attempt

Our courier partners will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be contacted to arrange for re-delivery.

Undeliverable Addresses

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be contacted to provide a corrected address.
